The Global Fund is looking for experts to serve on its Technical Review Panel. Funding proposals submitted to the Global Fund are reviewed by a Technical Review Panel, which takes place once a year for two weeks. The experts need to have a wide range of expertise. In addition to having sound technical knowledge and extensive program experience in HIV/AIDS, TB or malaria, they must also understand broader health systems and development 'cross-cutting' issues.
