Interview with Prof Dora N Akunyil
We are also proud to present an interview with Prof Dora N Akunyil, the Director General of Nigeria’s National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control. Prof Akunyili was recently at the MMV offices. She is a member of MMV’s Access and Delivery Committee. She spoke to MMV regarding the challenges facing access to antimalarials, her own experiences with malaria, and our work in Access.
Advocacy events
MMV is supporting a number of advocacy events;on the occasion of World Malaria Day, all targeting greater public awareness of malaria and its horrific impact on the world’s most vulnerable populations, as well as urging continued and increased support from the world’s richest nations.
These include:
- The RBM Zambezi River project
