Middle Eastern Biology of Parasitism (MeBoP)

2 August 2017
Bern, Switzerland

MeBoP is an advanced course for early career scientists from all over the Middle East, as well as from North and Sub-Saharan Africa who are interested in the biology of parasites and who are motivated by the potential of collaboration across all borders.

MeBoP aims to:

  • Provide high-caliber scientific training covering various aspects of parasitology research from molecular biology and epidemiology to genomics.
  • Provide an environment where young scientists from conflicted political areas are given the opportunity to focus on their mutual professional interests and goals, and to promote networking and the building of professional collaborations across these areas
