Workshop on African manufacturing

Toby Madden/MMV
On 1-2 November, the Joint Action "Support Towards Industrialization and the Productive Sectors (SIPS) in the SADC region," co-financed by the European Union and the German government and implemented by GIZ is collaborating with MMV to facilitate a consultative workshop between African pharmaceutical manufacturers' representatives and ICPs including the Global Fund, PMI and PEPFAR to facilitate a deeper understanding of The Global Fund, PEPFAR and PMI's procurement guidelines and requirements.
During the workshop, representatives from The Global Fund, PEPFAR and PMI will share insights into their respective procurement frameworks, criteria for selection, quality assurance standards, procurement regulations, timelines and market-shaping strategies. Additionally, there will be ample opportunities for networking and engagement with development cooperation partners and other pharmaceutical industry leaders, sharing best practices, and exploring potential collaborations.
On invitation only.
