The Brazilian Ministry of Health (MoH) is hosting an event on World Malaria Day, April 25th, to reaffirm the government's commitment to eliminating malaria. Attendees include members from the MoH, researchers, Health Secretaries, and other public health institutions. The event will focus on the launch of an advertising campaign to celebrate twenty years of the National Malaria Program and its role in controlling malaria in the country. The event will also include a presentation led by the TRuST Principal Investigator, Marcus Lacerda (FMT) on the key findings of the TRuST study - the first, and biggest real-world study on tafenoquine and G6PD testing.
