What I do at MMV:
I provide global HR support for MMV staff, which includes overseeing the complex employee lifecycle from sourcing and selection (talent acquisition) through to onboarding and performance management. I oversee the execution of consistent end-to-end processes and aim to streamline our activities based on HR and policy administration best practices.
Why I work at MMV:
Working for MMV is a fantastic opportunity! To discover, to develop and to facilitate the delivery of new antimalarial medicines for under-served populations is an honorable goal and I am proud to work with such a dedicated and talented group of people.
More about me:
Following my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, I completed my Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Human Resources Specialist. I gained experience in the HR field working for various multinational companies and prior to joining MMV I held an HR position in the pharmaceutical industry for seven years. While I began my career as a specialist in talent acquisition, I am now experienced in all aspects of HR including employee relations, employee life-cycle management, new staff orientation and organizational development.
Ask me about:
Talent acquisition, strategic sourcing, executive search, global recruiting, onboarding, and the employee lifecycle. Outside of MMV, I am a real epicurean…I love good food and good wines. I enjoy a number of sports, including skiing, running (marathon and trail) and climbing; and I'm also passionate about traveling especially in Asia (Myanmar and Cambodia) and South America (Peru, Chile and Patagonia).
