As Travel Coordinator, I help MMV staff organize their various travel arrangements.
Why I work at MMV:
Back in 2014, I had the pleasure of working at MMV on a short-term basis. At the time, I was in the process of moving back to Switzerland, after having lived abroad in the UK for 10 years. MMV really made me feel like I was back “home”, with its international focus, and multicultural environment. MMV fights for a very noble cause I am proud to now be a full time member of the team.
More about me:
I have worked in the travel/tourism industry for 20 years, and have always liked helping people to plan trips, holidays and even organize events. Prior to joining MMV, I worked in the travel office at the International Committee of the Red Cross, making travel and visa arrangements for ICRC collaborators going on long-term field missions. During my time in London I worked as an event manager and business travel consultant for Flightcenter UK and previously as a hotel reservation agent for a small booking agency. In my more tender years I was a tour guide in the Marais Poitevin Region in France, a ground agent at Paris CDG airport and also worked in a truck driver’s canteen in Melbourne, which was quite an experience!
