What I do at MMV:
I provide legal, contractual and risk management guidance in respect of MMV’s R&D and Access projects. This involves dealing with all aspects of contract negotiation and drafting with our external partners, service providers and donors, advising on IP management, and ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.

Before joining MMV, I spent 12 years in private legal practice in the UK and in France, notably with Freshfields, Skadden Arps and Eversheds. I have also taught contract law at Jesus College, Cambridge, lectured at Paris X - Dauphine, and acted as independent legal consultant for various non-profit organizations. I have a Bachelor of Laws from King’s College London, a Maîtrise en Droit Privé from Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne, and am qualified as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.
