What I do at MMV:
I am responsible for contributing to MMV’s goal of achieving product development partnerships by providing legal support to MMV staff. I draft and negotiate contracts with public and private partners, as well as provide legal guidance on contract law, clinical trials and data privacy.

MMV is uniquely positioned as it has partnerships with international organizations, public institutions, governments, foundations and pharmaceutical companies. It is very exciting to contribute to the synergy of these actors for the greater goal of reducing the burden of malaria.
More about me:
My past experience includes working as legal advisor at a life sciences consulting company, the World Health Organization and a law firm. I hold an LL.M. in International Contracts & Arbitration (University of Fribourg, Switzerland), a Bachelor of Laws (University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, France) and a License in Law (University of Bucharest, Romania).
