Associate Director, Program Leadership and Strategy

What I do at MMV:

As a part of the Translational Medicine team, I manage antimalarial drug development projects from candidate selection to clinical proof-of-concept. This involves leading multi-disciplinary and cross-functional drug development project teams and collaborating with partners involved in preclinical safety and toxicology, Phases I and IIa clinical studies, and drug manufacturing.

Why I work at MMV:

It is a privilege to work for a non-profit organization which strives to reduce the burden of malaria. Since I started working in drug development, I have aspired to contribute to the development of life-saving drugs for the most vulnerable patients. Being a part of MMV, with such passionate colleagues, gives me the opportunity to fulfill my aspirations.

More about me:

I am trained as a medicinal chemist and hold a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Lyon and the University of Saarland. Before joining MMV in 2020, I worked for 4 years in a biotech company in Grenoble, France. I was involved in various activities related to discovery, business development and project management in the field of oncology.

Ask me about:

Project management in drug development settings. Outside of work, I really enjoy spending my time in the mountains surrounding Geneva and travelling to places where I can learn from others. I also love food and cooking.
